PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further improve safety when an electric fan swings in the vertical direction of an air blowing direction.SOLUTION: An opened upper end of a motor cover low 47 enters an opening below a motor cover 24, an upper part of the motor cover low 47 overlaps with a lower part of the motor cover 24, and the motor cover 24 rotates by having a gap L1 having a predetermined distance between an outer surface 52 of the motor cover low 47 and an inner surface of a lower end of the opening below the motor cover 24, when the motor cover 24 rotates in the vertical direction. Thus, as the gap in vertical swing means is configured to be a size in which a finger cannot be inserted, and the size of the gap is configured not to change, safety of the vertical swing means can be further improved. |
