PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel polymerizable compound having a perylene skeleton, which is useful as an organic pigment, a pigment dispersant, a charge generating material of an electrophotographic organic photoreceptor, a material for an organic light-emitting element, and a material for a dye-sensitized photoelectric conversion element, and to provide a polymerizable composition containing the same.SOLUTION: The polymerizable compound is represented by general formula (1).
