The information collection part 11A receives information related to abnormality which has occurred in the processor from the processor. When the abnormality which has occurred in the processor is abnormality related to an article to be supplied to the processor necessary for the operation of the processor, the information transmission part 11B transmits information related to the abnormality to predetermined portable communication terminal equipment being used in a facility where the processor is installed. |
