PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage water heater that can efficiently reduce dissolved gas in water by a simple configuration and can suppress generation of scale.SOLUTION: A storage water heater includes; a hot water storage tank 201; heating means 1 for heating and delivering introduced water; first piping 207 having one end connected to a water delivery port 205 located at a lower part of the hot water storage tank and the other end connected to an introduction port to the heating means 1; second piping 208 having one end connected to a delivery port from the heating means 1 and the other end connected to a hot water introduction port 204 located at an upper part of the hot water storage tank; a scale inhibiting device 3 installed at the water delivery port 205 or in the first piping 207; circulating return piping 209 branched from the downstream side of the scale inhibiting device 3 and connected to a water introduction port 211 on the lower side of the hot water introduction port 204; a three-way valve 210 disposed at a connecting portion between the first piping 207 and the circulating return piping 209; and a pump 206 installed upstream of the three-way valve 210. |
