PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric leak detection device or the like capable of accurately calculating the ground impedance even if the intensity of an injection signal is extremely low.SOLUTION: A signal injection section (205) injects an injection signal to an AC system (1). A notch filter section (2062a) removes a system current component of leak current from the AC system (1) using a system frequency measured every predetermined time. A lock-in detection section (2062b) extracts and detects the injection signal component of the leak current predetermined times, and integrates the extraction results.
