PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urinal with a sanitation maintenance device that can securely prevent an odor and a urinary stone from being produced without spoiling water saving properties.SOLUTION: A urinal with a sanitation maintenance device includes: a bowl part 103 having a raised wall part 104 which faces a user and a bottom surface part which guides urine received by the raised wall part 104 to a drain port; a trap unit 30 which form sealing water by retaining the urine flowing in from the outlet and communicates with a drain pipe; solution discharge means 202 which discharges a solution including a medicine functioning to suppress production of an ammonia odor and a urinary stone originating from the urine as a production source or a solution dissolving a medicine arranged in a urinal US to the urinal US; and control means of controlling the solution discharge means 202. The control means controls the solution discharge means 202 so as to discharge the solution to the bowl part 103 and trap unit 30 in a different fashion in a predetermined period.
