PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for forming an electrically conductive film, which enables the production of an electrically conductive film having good adhesion to a base and excellent electrical conductivity even in the case of sintering by light irradiation.SOLUTION: The composition for forming an electrically conductive film comprises: copper oxide particles and/or copper particles; a polymer which contains a repeating unit represented by a specific formula and having a reducing group and a repeating unit represented by a specific formula and having a crosslinking group; and a curing agent which can react with the crosslinking group.
