PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for separating and removing an impurity metal efficiently from a titanium-including material such as ilmenite or titanium slug.SOLUTION: In a quality improvement method of a titanium-including material, among titanium and an impurity component included in the titanium-including material, only the impurity component is subjected to selection chlorination, and the chlorinated impurity component is removed. Before the selection chlorination, the titanium-including material is subjected to oxidation treatment. |
