PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disclose an application which destroys focus cells or virus without side effects to the normal human tissues and organs for effective treatment of the diseases.SOLUTION: Use of a photosensitizer in the preparation of virus-inactivating medicaments for treating diseases is characterized in that, by virtue of the affinity of photosensitizers to blood vessel plaque focus, leukemia cells, tumor, and virus, which is several times higher than that to normal tissues, focus cells or virus are destroyed by generating sufficient amount of singlet oxygen with a light-sensitive element as a catalyst, which is activated by the effect of laser, X-ray, ultrasound, and medicament, with the endogenous and/or exogenous oxydol injection as substrate, so as to treat above diseases effectively without side effects to the normal human tissues and organs. |
