<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-dimensional image detector capable of obtaining a transmission image that has a wide range of grayscale levels and in which image distortion due to leakage current does not occur.SOLUTION: In a two-dimensional image detector, only when leakage current is read out, a proper positive signal is added to the leakage current in advance. This enables the leakage current, which is a negative signal, to be converted into a positive value while setting output of an amplifier to 0 in a basis state. Setting output of the amplifier to 0 in the basis state increases the range of X-ray detection signals capable of being identified by an AD conversion section 9a, thereby increasing the range of grayscale levels of an obtained transmission image. The transmission image is corrected using the leakage current subjected to digital conversion so that the occurrence of image distortion due to leakage current can be prevented in the obtained transmission image. Consequently, the two-dimensional image detector can obtain a transmission image that has a wide range of grayscale levels and in which image distortion due to leakage current does not occur.</p> |
