PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform accurate backlight determination in a short time.SOLUTION: An imaging device comprises: imaging means that captures a subject; first detection means that measures illuminance in an imaging direction including the subject; second detection means that measures illuminance in a direction different from the imaging direction; and backlight determination means that determines whether the subject is in a backlight state on the basis of the illuminance measured by the first detection means and the illuminance measured by the second detection means. |
