PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garbage treatment method in which decomposition treatment of a garbage can be efficiently carried out with a simple structure, a garbage treatment apparatus and a biological toilet using this method.SOLUTION: A garbage treatment apparatus 1 comprises a container body 3 in which bamboo powders 2 are filled, an agitation vane 4 for agitating garbage and the bamboo powders 2 put in the container body 3, and an opening 5 for introducing air into the container body 3. In the container body 3, an air space 8, an agitation space 9 and a non-agitation space 10 are formed in order from the above. The agitation space 9 is a space in which the garbage is put in the bamboo powders 2 and agitated by the agitation vane 4, and decomposition treatment of the garbage is carried out by action of an aerobic bacterium. The non-agitation space 10 is a space in which the garbage is not put in the bamboo powders 2 and is not agitated by the agitation vane 4. Excess water content of the garbage is absorbed in the non-agitation space 10, whereby the state such that there is no excess water content of the garbage in the agitation space 9 can be maintained. |
