PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiotherapy apparatus capable of stopping irradiation before generation of a body motion of a patient and a radiotherapy system.SOLUTION: The radiotherapy apparatus includes: a body motion brain wave pattern storage part for storing a body motion brain wave pattern which is unique to an analyte indicating an instruction of a body motion generated before the analyte moves his/her body; an irradiation part for irradiating the analyte with radiation rays; a brain wave pattern acquisition part for acquiring a brain wave pattern unique to the analyte during the irradiation; and an irradiation determination part for stopping the irradiation when the brain wave pattern acquired coincides with the body motion brain wave pattern stored. |
