PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-like skewer remover that is configured to extract food products from a skewer in a skewered food such as Mitarashi soy-sauced dumpling, particularly, assembled by breaking a crease line applied to a sheet material.SOLUTION: A sheet-like skewer remover has a gripping part 2 for a user to grip, and an inserting groove 6 integrally connected to a tip side 2a of the gripping part 2 and receiving food products extracted. The gripping part 2 includes a tab wall part 5 on both sides across a gripping crease line 4 from the tip side 2a to the longitudinal direction in a rear end side 2b, and held with fingers from both sides while opposing a tab wall part 5. The inserting groove 6 includes a bottom 7 formed of one groove 6 for inserting a skewer of the skewered food and two side wall parts linked through side crease lines 8 of both right and left sides of the bottom 7. Sheet materials S1, S2 have a double structure overlapped closely. The groove 6 can narrow the width by breaking the gripping crease line 4 and a side crease line 8 to the size adapted to a skewer shape. |
