PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer film having a polyphenylene structure excellent in solvent resistance and organic semiconductor characteristics, and to provide a production method thereof.SOLUTION: In a production method of a polymer film, a polymer structure of a formula (1) or (2) shown in the following reaction formula (I) is converted into a structure of a formula (3). In the reaction formula (I), one of (X1, X2, X3) and (Y1, Y2, Y3) represents an ether group or an acyloxy group having the carbon number of 1 or more, and the other represents a hydrogen atom, and Q1 to Q6 each independently represent a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom or a monovalent organic group and may form a ring with adjacent groups. One of Q1 and Q6 or the ring has a monovalent bonding hand. |
