The present invention relates to a composition for a flame-proofing agent for fiber using aminoalkyl-bis-phosphonic acid. More specifically, the composition for a flame-proofing agent for fiber using aminoalkyl-bis-phosphonic acid contains aminoalkyl-bis-phosphonic acid and a surface active agent solution. The composition for a flame-proofing agent has outstanding thermal stability and frame retardancy, and is eco-friendly since the composition does not discharge heavy metals or volatile-organic-compounds.
