The present invention relates to a portable water heater including: a head with a penetrated inner portion and one end where a discharge port is formed for water discharge; a distribution hose with one end connected to and communicating with the other end of the head so that water is distributed into the head; an inflow pump which is coupled to the other end of the distribution hose so that the water is forced to flow into the distribution hose; a heat generating unit which heats the water distributed in the distribution hose and allows the hot water to be discharged to the discharge port of the head; a power supply unit which supplies operation power to the inflow pump and the heat generating unit; and a control valve which controls the operations of the inflow pump and the heat generating unit. Water from the outside is sucked by the inflow pump and the sucked water is rapidly heated by the heat generating unit for hot water production and supply. Accordingly, the hot water can be conveniently and swiftly supplied to a user at various places where boiler installation is inconvenient. In addition, a simple device structure ensures the convenience of portability so that the present invention can be carried and used conveniently in various places such as outdoors, and ensures product use universality. In addition, the user can use the hot water swiftly by just heating the amount of the water to be used. Accordingly, the time and energy consumed for the production of a small amount of the hot water can be saved compared to existing boilers for household use. |
