PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely share data with the other party of communication.SOLUTION: A communication server includes: reference means for referring to a terminal management table where information for specifying each one of multiple communication terminals is associated with group identification information for identifying groups to which each one of the multiple communication terminals belongs; determination means for determining whether or not the groups of communication terminals are formed or not in the multiple communication terminals participating in a conference on the basis of the group identification information; generation means for generating a share location management table including share location information that indicates the location of a share storage area to be shared by the multiple communication terminals belonging to the same group when the group of the communication terminals is formed; specific information generation means for generating specific information for specifying the share storage area and associating the share storage area with the specific information; and notification means for notifying the multiple communication terminals belonging to the same group of the share location information and the specific information.
