PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of improving convenience in distributing a document file.SOLUTION: An address determination unit 110 determines a transmission destination of a document file displayed as follows: when a telephone function unit 103 receives a call origination operation or a call reception response operation, while a document file editing unit 107 is displaying the document file, an e-mail address of a person on the other end of the line is determined as the destination; when an e-mail client function unit 102 receives a reception mail selection operation, an e-mail address of a sender of the reception mail and an e-mail address of a destination other than a communication apparatus 1 are determined as the destination; and when a browser function unit 105 receives an operation for browsing a shared file, an e-mail address of a user browsing the shared file other than the communication apparatus 1 is determined as the destination. A destination address setting unit 111 automatically sets the e-mail address determined as the destination of the document file, as the destination of the e-mail when the document file is added to the e-mail in process of creation. |
