PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable information processing device in which a back input operation can easily be performed with both hands, an input method for the device, and a computer-executable program.SOLUTION: The portable information processing device is slate-shaped, and includes a display disposed in a front side and a first touchpad disposed in a back side. The portable information processing device also includes: home position setting means that detects positions at which plural right and left fingers touch the first touch panel, and that sets the detected positions of the fingers to a home position; and key identifying means that identifies inputs with keys on the basis of relative displacement of the fingers from the home position and pressing pressures of the fingers.
