PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the increase of proper resistance loss of a radio communication wire, caused by a skin effect at high frequency.SOLUTION: There is formed a multilayer wire structure constituted by a plurality of conductor layers 410, 420 and an insulation layer 430 for separating each conductor layer 410, 420, so that a conductor electric resistance, which is increased by the skin effect when an electric signal is induced in a resonator, is reduced. Further, at least one connector 440 is provided for connecting the two layers 410, 420 among each conductor layer 410, 420.
