The preset invention relates to a portable device for discharging body fluid and, more specifically, to a portable device for discharging body fluid comprising: a case wherein a fixed space is arranged; a vacuum pump arranged in the case and connected to a thoracic duct inserted into the pulmonary pleura of a patient by a main tube so as to suck in body fluid and air; a body fluid collecting vessel which is combined with the case to be able to be detached and which stores the body fluid supplied through the main tube; a first pressure sensor for measuring the pressure in the body fluid collecting vessel; a second pressure sensor for measuring the pressure in the main tube; and a control unit which is arranged in the inside of the case and connected to the vacuum pump and the first and second pressure sensors so as to diagnose a breakdown when one of the first and second pressure sensors senses the edge pressure as the atmospheric pressure. |
