Organically modified polysiloxane compounds (I) are new. Organically modified polysiloxane compounds of formula (R4-Si(R) 2-O-[Si(R) 2-O] a-[Si(R)(R1)-O] b-[Si(R)(R2)-O] c-[Si(R)(R3)-O] d-Si(R) 2-R4) (I) are new. a : 50-960; b, d : 4-85; c : 0.5-85, where a+b+c+d+2 is 60.5-1000; R : aliphatic or aromatic 1-10C hydrocarbon; R1 : polyether radicals of formula (-(CH 2) e-(O-C 2H 4) f-(O-C 3H 6) g-O-H) (IIa), with the proviso that either a random or a blockwise arrangement of the oxyalkylene units may be present; e : 3-11; f, g : 0-60; R2 : butylene oxide-containing polyether radicals of formula (IIIa), with the proviso that either a random or a blockwise arrangement of the oxyalkylene units and, if present, styrene oxide units may be present; h : 3-11; i, l : 0-60; j : 0-65; k : 1-60; R5 : CH 3, acetyl or H; R3 : phenol derivatives of formula (IVa); R6 : alkyl, H, OH or alkoxy, with the proviso that at least one R6 is OH; m : 3-11; and R4 : R, R1, R2 or R3 radicals.
