摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a method for isolating nucleic acid by using a graphene oxide and an urea, comprising the steps of: forming nucleic acid-graphene oxide composites by contacting the graphene oxide with target nucleic acid; isolating the nucleic acid-graphene oxide composites; and isolating the nucleic acid from the graphene oxide by processing the urea to the isolated nucleic acid-graphene oxide composites. According to the present invention, the nucleic acid coupled to the graphene oxide by strong binding force can be easily isolated by using the urea. Thus, single strand nucleic acid existing in cells, and the like can be isolated and refined at low costs and high efficiency.</p>
