PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitive transducer or the like, with which it is possible to solve such a problem that when a wiring length from a transmission/reception element to a peripheral circuit is increased, there occurs a degradation of transmission/reception characteristics due to a parasitic capacitance or a wiring resistance.SOLUTION: A capacitive transducer, which performs acoustic wave transmission/reception, includes: an element substrate 110 including a transmission/reception element 100 for performing at least one of a drive operation for transmitting an acoustic wave and a detection operation for receiving an acoustic wave; and an insulating substrate 200 including wiring wires 203 and 204. The insulating substrate is arranged on a surface side of the element substrate on which the transmission/reception element is formed, and a connection part 300 for electrically connecting the transmission/reception element of the element substrate and the wiring wires of the insulating substrate to each other is arranged between the element substrate and the insulating substrate. |
