PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately measure a respiration rate even when a measurement-target person moves part of his (her) body.SOLUTION: A device for monitoring respiration 10 includes: a shooting unit 11 shooting a moving image of a measurement-target person; and a respiration rate measurement unit 14 measuring the respiration rate of the measurement-target person by detecting periodic vibration regarded as respiration from the moving image of the measurement-target person shot by the shooting unit 11. |
