PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate for a battery cover at a low cost, the laminate for a battery cover being reduced in deterioration of laminate strength between an aluminum foil and a multilayer sealant film and generation of interlayer peeling, due to deterioration of an electrolyte of a lithium ion battery and further being capable of manufacturing an outer container at a high yield.SOLUTION: In a laminate 10 for a battery cover obtained by laminating an aluminum foil and a resin layer, a base material layer 11, an aluminum foil 12 and a multilayer sealant film 17 which is formed by laminating a resin layer 16 having heat adhesiveness with metal and a polyolefin resin layer 13 are laminated in order, an anticorrosive coating layer 14 is formed on at least a surface of the aluminum foil 12, the surface being a side bonded to the multilayer sealant film 17, the multilayer sealant film 17 is bonded on the anticorrosive coating layer 14 via the resin layer 16 having heat adhesiveness with metal, and the resin layer 16 having heat adhesiveness with metal has an amount of heat of fusion of 25 mJ/mg or less. |
