PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-curing binder exhibiting good binder performance even without using formaldehyde as a raw material and to provide an inorganic fiber product using the same.SOLUTION: There are provided: a heat-curing binder containing a carbohydrate, an ammonium salt and phenols; and an inorganic fiber product provided with a molded product obtained by molding an inorganic fiber using the heat-curable binder.
