PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an action support system which generates and provides effective advice for supporting a subject in health guidance and exercise guidance on the basis of biological data.SOLUTION: An action support system comprises: a terminal device 20 which transmits personal data that includes biological data including a pulse rate, exercise data as an index of an amount of exercise, and personal attribute data; a server 50 which receives and stores the personal data and population data composed of pieces of prestored data; and a PC 70 in which a support program is installed for generating personal advice on the basis of the personal data and the population data. The PC 70 generates the personal advice by changing a reference ratio of the personal data to the population data according to an amount of storage of the personal data. The system can support a subject to take action for attaining his/her goal by providing the subject with advice corresponding to a period from when the subject starts to take the action until the subject attains the goal. |
