PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving image information delivery system for promoting the use of a coaction moving image service.SOLUTION: A moving image information delivery system comprises: coaction moving image editing control means 168 for editing coaction moving image information by combining a plurality of moving image information accepted by contribution acceptance control means 158 and having the edited information stored in a moving image database 66; and master moving image information setting means 170 for setting one piece of moving image information stored in the moving image database 66 as master moving image information selectable as a master pertaining to a combination of coaction moving image information. Regarding the master moving image information, because a range of users capable of selecting this master moving image information as a master pertaining to a combination of the coaction moving image information can be designated by the contributor of the master moving image information, it is possible to lower a threshold pertaining to the use of a coaction moving image service by limiting a user capable of selecting the moving image information which the user has contributed as a master pertaining to a combination of the coaction moving image information.
