<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator system capable of effectively utilizing a spare power of an elevator.SOLUTION: An elevator system comprises: an electric power accumulation part 15 for storing either an electric power from an AC power source 1 to drive an elevator or a regenerative electric power at an elevator driving time so that it becomes an elevator driving backup power source; a power supply part 40 for becoming an interface to supply the electric power stored in the electric power accumulation part 15, to another electric power facility; a power supply change-over switch 17 for switching whether or not the electric power stored in the power supply part 15 is fed to the power supply part 40; and a changeover determination control unit 19 for executing the changeover control of the power supply change-over switch 17; and a changeover determination control part 19 for executing the changeover control of the power supply change-over switch 17. In the case where either a button disposed at an entrance or a button disposed in a cage is subjected to a predetermined operation, the power supply change-over switch 17 is switched to the side of the power supply part 40 thereby to bring the power supply part 40 into a usable state.</p> |
