<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antireflection film which has excellent scratch resistance and wear resistance and high antireflection performance with regard to substrates having various refractive indices and which can reduce generation of ghosts or flares.SOLUTION: The antireflection film comprises layers disposed on a substrate (7) having a refractive index ns. These layers are, successively from the substrate side, a first layer (1), a second layer (2), a third layer (3), a fourth layer (4), a fifth layer (5) and a sixth layer (6). Under the conditions of a reference wavelengthλset to 550 nm and ns satisfying 1.60≤ns≤2.05, the refractive index and the optical film thickness of each layer are controlled to be within predetermined ranges.</p> |
