PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide porcelain capable of quickly cooling foods and beverages contained within the porcelain.SOLUTION: Porcelain 1 includes: a bottom part 2; a peripheral wall 4 installed upward from a peripheral edge part 3 of the bottom part 2; a plurality of projections 6 which are formed along an outside surface of the peripheral wall 4 with their thickness and number established so as to cover 50% or more, or preferably 80% or more of the outside surface of the peripheral wall 4, and are formed to cycle in a circumferential direction of the peripheral wall 4 while retaining the almost constant width; and a leg below the bottom part 2. In addition, iron ore is used as part of raw materials. |
