摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating film formation method capable of forming a plurality of layers of solid lubrication coating film which makes the total treatment time of coating film formation process short as much as possible.SOLUTION: A plurality of layers of solid lubrication coating films of a lower layer coating film 21 and an upper layer coating film 22 of the upper surface of the lower coating film are formed on outer circumferential surfaces of both skirt parts 8, 9 of substrate 1a of a piston 1 made of aluminum alloy. Both of the lower layer coating film and the upper layer coating film contains at least one kind of polyamide-polyimide resin, polyimide resin or epoxy resin which are all binder, the lower layer coating film is made of material which contains, for example, graphite as solid lubricant, and the lower layer coating film is applied onto the outer surface of a skirt part and, thereafter, is irradiated with laser beams having an energy density of 30 w/cmalmost for 10 s and is dried by using a laser heating device. The upper layer coating film is applied onto the upper surface of the lower layer coating film and, thereafter, is subjected to calcination.
