PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter device capable of maintaining a beverage taste by preventing clogging of filtration holes caused by an extraction residue.SOLUTION: A filter device 10 for filtering a beverage extracted by a mixture formed by mixing a powdery raw material with hot water includes a filter 13 constituted of an extremely thin metal material, having many filtration holes 13c with a hole diameter of 30 μm or less, a depth of 15 μm or less and a hole inner surface constituted of a smooth mirror surface respectively, and used for separating a beverage extracted on the upper surface side from an extraction residue by allowing the beverage to pass to the lower surface side through the filtration holes 13c. |
