PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source for lighting which reduces noise.SOLUTION: A bulb-shaped lamp 100 according to the invention includes: a substrate 121 on which an LED 122 is mounted; a circuit board 151 on which a driving circuit 150 for lighting the LED 122 is mounted; output lines 153a and 153b for supplying electric power for lighting the LED 122 from the driving circuit 150 to the LED 122; a base 145; and a stable potential line 154 which electrically connects the base 145 with circuit ground in the driving circuit 150.
