PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gear change control device of a vehicle which can suppress a gear change shock when a driver performs an accelerator pedal pedal-in increase operation during a torque phase at a down gear change.SOLUTION: In a gear change control device of a vehicle, a gear change controller 21 which performs the gear change control of an automatic transmission 3 comprises drive torque control means (constitution for executing the processing of a flowchart in Fig. 5) for executing torque increase suppression processing (processing in S108) which sets an increase inclination of motor torque Tmo to an increase suppression time inclination Kmo1 conforming to the responsiveness of a friction clutch 93 as a down gear change time release clutch at pedal-in during a torque phase at which an accelerator pedal pedal-in increase operation is performed during the torque phase up to a gear change finish time from a time point at which an input rotation number of an engagement clutch 83 is synchronized with an output-side rotation number at a down gear change.
