PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate for a battery cover which is reduced in deterioration of laminate strength between an aluminum foil and a multilayer sealant film and generation of interlayer peeling, due to deterioration of an electrolyte of a lithium ion battery and further with which an outer container can be manufactured at a high yield.SOLUTION: In a laminate 10 for a battery cover, a base material layer 11, an aluminum foil 12 and a multilayer sealant film 17 are laminated in order. In a method for manufacturing the laminate for a battery cover, the following steps (1)-(4) are performed sequentially. (1): coating a surface treatment liquid for electrolyte resistance on at least one surface of the aluminum foil by means of a coating process to form an anticorrosive coating layer 14. (2): subjecting a laminate to heat lamination, the laminate being obtained by bonding the multilayer sealant film 17 on the anticorrosive coating layer 14. (3): quickly decreasing the temperature of the laminate having undergone the step (2) at a cooling speed of 10°C/s or more. (4): bonding the base material layer and a surface of the aluminum foil of the laminate having undergone the step (3) to form a laminate for a battery cover. |
