PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mitigate load of the engine of a transport vehicle with a refrigerator on an uphill grade and ensure the uphill driving performance in a system which communicably connects the transport vehicle with a management center which manages the transport vehicle.SOLUTION: A server 10 of a management center 3 transmits a command signal for refrigeration control to a transport vehicle 2 when determining there is an uphill grade having an altitude difference equal to or greater than a prescribed value ahead of a travel route of the transport vehicle 2 on the basis of map data while managing the travel route of the transport vehicle 2. When an on-vehicle terminal device 8 of the transport vehicle 2 receives the command signal from the management center 3, a control device transmits a control signal to a refrigerator control part and the refrigerator control part executes a forced refrigeration operation to control the refrigerator 6 so that the inside of a refrigerator 4 is brought into an excessively refrigerated state at a temperature lower than in a normal operation until just before the transport vehicle 2 reaches the uphill grade. |
