PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light receiving sensor and a method for manufacturing the light receiving sensor, capable of improving positioning accuracy between a lens part and a light receiving element and maintaining airtightness over a long period of time after achieving improvement in manufacturing efficiency, reduction of the number of components and downsizing.SOLUTION: A light receiving sensor includes: a base member 14 having a depression 13 for housing a light receiving element 12; and a lens part 15 joined to the base member 14 so as to block the depression 13 and transmitting light into the depression 13. The lens part 15 has at least a surface joined to the base member 14 and curved. In the base member 14, a lens holding part 25 is formed to follow the curvature radius of a surface joined to the lens part 15 in a joint margin 21a to the lens part 15. |
