PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch unit for a wind power generation device capable of surely positioning a one-way clutch in an axial direction of a holder, and suppressing damages such as abrasion and seizure of a cage.SOLUTION: A one-way clutch 7 includes: a plurality of engagement elements 73 disposed in a space formed between an inner ring outer peripheral face 71a disposed at an inner rotary body 5 side and an outer ring inner peripheral face 72a disposed at an outer rotary body 6 side at intervals in a circumferential direction, limiting relative rotation to the circumferential other side by engagement of the inner ring outer peripheral face 71a and the outer ring inner peripheral face 72a, and permitting the relative rotation to the circumferential other side by releasing the engagement; and an annular cage 74 for holding the engagement elements 73. A positioning tool 91 capable of being kept into contact with an axial side face of the cage 74 for axially positioning the cage 74, is disposed between the one-way clutch 7 and a rolling bearing 8. |
