PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a key dispensing with a reading antenna, structurally rigid because an exposed part thereof is a part of a cylinder lock, and capable of being manufactured in a small size at low cost, and a key system.SOLUTION: There are provided a key and a key system. In the key: an RFID tag is adhered on a holding part of a conductive substrate consisting of an insertion part and the holding part via an adhesion layer; the RFID tag is comprised of a magnetic base material, a ground part on a conductive substrate side surface of the magnetic base material, an antenna part configured on the other surface, and an IC chip; and the IC chip is connected to the antenna part and the ground part each of which impedance-matches. |
