PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the same output in speed setting or image setting by correcting an output difference for each network camera.SOLUTION: A stream reception device includes: a parameter storage unit for storing a basic parameter to be the reference of an operation in multiple stream transmission devices; and a state management unit for transmitting an operation request under a predetermined condition to the multiple stream transmission devices, receiving information from the multiple stream transmission devices so as to calculate operation times per predetermined operation of the multiple stream transmission devices on the basis of time differences between the operation start and operation stop in the multiple stream transmission devices, and then calculating correction parameters for each one of the multiple stream transmission devices to be the same output condition of the multiple stream transmission devices.
