PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin composite structure excellent in strength of a joined part by integrally joining resin composite materials with each other.SOLUTION: For example, one ends of a first resin composite material 12 and a second resin composite material 14 are provided with corrugated parts 28a, 28b comprising recessed parts 24 and projecting parts 26. After the corrugated parts 28a, 28b are heated and softened, the facing projecting parts 26, 26 are overlapped with each other in a molding die, and a non-overlapped space 60 is formed by the facing recessed parts 24, 24. The projecting parts 26, 26 overlapped with each other are pressed and crushed to make a thermoplastic resin, which is a base material, and a fiber body contained in the thermoplastic resin flow into the non-overlapped space 60. Subsequently, the thermoplastic resin is cooled and cured, whereby the first resin composite material 12 and the second resin composite material 14 are integrally joined with each other. |
