PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase purchase motivation of a buyer user.SOLUTION: An electronic commerce server is connected to a plurality of user terminals via the Internet, and provides a buyer user with at least one shopping site of a plurality of shopping sites registered from a plurality of seller users via the user terminals. The electronic commerce server includes: an order acceptance unit 53 for accepting a purchase order to one of the shopping sites; and a payment screen notification unit 15 which notifies the buyer user about a shipping cost for delivering at a time a plurality of commodities determined by multiple purchase orders when the multiple orders corresponding to a plurality of shopping sites are accepted from the buyer user.
