PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in which it is difficult to grasp a reception state in a standby state from a voice without operating a terminal.SOLUTION: There is provided a portable terminal device which performs radio communication, the portable terminal device including: an electric field intensity variation acquisition section which acquires temporal variation in electric field intensity of a radio signal received through radio communication; an in-zone/out-zone movement detection section which detects the portable terminal device moving out or into a communication zone based upon the variation in electric field intensity of the radio signal acquired by the electric field intensity variation acquisition section; an in-zone/out-zone movement determination section which determines in which of directions of movement into and out of the zone the movement detected by the in-zone/out-zone movement detection section is; and a voice notification control section which controls voice notification processing for giving notice of variation contents corresponding to the in-zone/out-zone movement determined by the in-zone/out-zone movement determination section through voice output. |
