PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small size automatic analysis system and an automatic analyzer capable of reducing the number of operations.SOLUTION: The automatic analysis system includes: first-third detectors 37, 137 and 237 disposed in first-third analyzers 100, 200 and 330 respectively to detect the amount of a first cleaning fluid stored in first-third containers 35, 135 and 235; and a distribution section 50. The distribution section 50 distributes the first cleaning fluid contained in one or two containers in the first-third containers 35, 135 and 235 to the other container based on the amount of the first cleaning fluid detected by the first-third detectors 37, 137 and 237. |
