PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a driver correctly recognize a guide route when two or more intersections or roads in the proximity to an advancing direction continue.SOLUTION: A route guiding device according to the present invention is the route guiding device that guides a route from a departure point to a destination point, and has: intersection detection means that, when passing a predetermined point ahead of a guide intersection having a winding forward road intersected on the route, detects other intersections present ahead and behind a predetermined distance of the intersection; counting means that counts the number of intersections present between the guide intersection and the predetermined point ahead thereof; and route guidance means that acquires attribute information on roads intersecting the guide intersection and other intersections, and when all of the roads satisfy a predetermined condition, guides a winding forward road, using the number of intersections. |
