摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring apparatus which can be easy multichannelled without reducing magnetic flux resolution and has high response characteristic.SOLUTION: A measuring apparatus 1 comprises: a magnetic flux detection section 10 constituted of a superconducting quantum interference device which outputs a pulse voltage at frequency corresponding to measurement target magnetic fluxΦs to be input; a reference magnetic flux output section 12 which outputs pulse voltage at a fixed frequency; and a magnetic flux tank section 11 which generates difference magnetic flux (Φd-Φr) between detection magnetic fluxΦd generated in one direction on the basis of a pulse voltage that the magnetic flux detection section 10 outputs and reference magnetic fluxΦr generated in a direction cancelling the magnetic flux for detectionΦd on the basis of a pulse voltage that the reference magnetic flux output section 12 outputs. The magnetic flux tank section 11 inputs at least a part of the difference magnetic flux (Φd-Φr), which is generated in the section, to the magnetic flux detection section 10 by magnetic coupling in a direction cancelling the measurement target magnetic fluxΦs.
