PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document feeding device and an image forming apparatus, which are freed from drawbacks: that the device is enlarged in size and raised in cost; that documents are vigorously discharged into a document discharge part when small sized documents are placed in a document loading part, so that they are stacked in a poor state; and that the documents are curled and discharged in the document discharge part when big sized documents are placed in the document loading part, so that they are stacked in a poor state.SOLUTION: A document feeding device is constituted such that the rotation of a holding member 75 for holding a document D' discharged to a document discharge part 62 is regulated when a document D of a small size is placed and a document loading part 61 is rotated around a pivot 61a in a central portion in a feeding direction so that the downstream side in the feeding direction of a document loading part 61 may deviate downward. |
